· Unique device identifiers (randomly generated for functionality).

· 2.3 Anonymous Identifiers: To manage our service without mandatory user accounts, we assign a randomly generated anonymous identifier to your device. This identifier helps manage your daily usage limits, remember your App settings, and maintain your session continuity.
· 2.4 Purchase and Subscription Data: If you choose to upgrade to our premium features or subscribe to our paid services, your payment is processed directly by the relevant app store (e.g., Apple App Store). We receive anonymous, tokenized confirmation of your purchase history and subscription status to unlock your premium features. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information, billing address, or underlying financial details.
We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:
· 3.1 AI Generation and Processing: Your selected media and text prompts are uploaded to our secure cloud servers, where advanced artificial intelligence models apply the requested artistic edits.
· 3.2 Service and Subscription Management: To verify your active subscription status, process in-app purchases, and provide seamless access to premium features.
· 3.3 Temporary Cloud Storage: To facilitate processing, your uploaded media is temporarily hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers.
· 3.4 180-Day Automatic Deletion Policy: We prioritize your data sovereignty. All uploaded raw media and AI-generated outputs are automatically and permanently deleted from our cloud servers 180 days after the date of upload.
· 3.5 No AI Training: We strictly prohibit the use of your uploaded photos or videos for training, fine-tuning, or improving AI models. Your content remains yours.
· 3.6 User Consent for AI Processing: Before using AI features, users will be presented with a clear in-app consent prompt explaining data transmission details.
To provide high-quality features, secure infrastructure, and process payments, we work with the following trusted third-party providers:
· Payment Processors (Apple / Google): Handle all financial transactions, in-app purchases, and subscription billing securely.
· Amazon Web Services (AWS): Provides the secure cloud infrastructure used for data storage and processing.
· OpenAI & Volcengine: Provide the advanced AI models used for content generation.
All third-party providers are contractually obligated to implement industry-standard security measures and are strictly prohibited from using your data for their own commercial purposes.
We implement robust organizational and technical security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, industry-standard encryption at rest, and strict access controls to our processing servers.
· 6.1 Permissions: You may revoke camera or photo library access at any time through your device settings.
· 6.2 Managing Subscriptions: You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your premium subscriptions at any time directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
· 6.3 Data Deletion Requests: While our system automatically deletes media data every 180 days, you may request the immediate manual deletion of your data by contacting us at Service@unitedguard.net. We will process such requests within 48 hours.
· 6.4 International Rights: We respect global privacy standards, including GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California). You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold.
The App is NOT intended for children under 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and providing a notice within the App.
